This is Jannel Rap's sister.  Jannel is the founder of GINA for Missing Persons, and a bandmember of Clementine.  She has organized the Squeaky Wheel Tour done annually where artists across the country feature missing people in their shows.

Regina walked out of Duggan's Pub at 11th and K St. carrying her guitar over her shoulder. The next
morning, her vehicle was located across the street from the pub with the trunk ajar and her guitar
